YOUR RIGHTS

KICKSTART MOTORCYCLES (KSM) is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that shopping with KSM is safe. We will always endeavour to provide you with the best value, you'll get your parts and we'll sort out any problems you have. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel and order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched (see returns) up to 7 working days after the receipt of goods, excludes weekends and bank holidays. See returns policy below.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

KICKSTART MOTORCYCLES conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don't like what you've ordered.

NEW ITEMS REFUND / EXCHANGE / RETURNS

You will need to contact us before you return any items so that we can either send via post, fax or email a returns form which will need to be completed and submitted to us before any item is returned.

Please return goods within 30 days of receipt.
Please return goods in original packaging if possible.
Goods must not be fitted or used.
We would appreciate a completed returns form with the returned goods.
If you do not wish to return the goods we will arrange a collection at your cost.

NOTE: Please do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.

NEW ITEMS KSM ERRORS:

Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.

Please return the goods within 30 days of receipt.
Please return the goods in original packaging if possible.
Goods must not be fitted or used.
We would apprecoate a completed returns form with the returned goods.
Specially ordered goods are exempt from D.S.R (distance selling regulations) and postage returns cost.
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or send you a cheque for the value.
We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail or Standard Parcels for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days.
You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate 1st class postage costs.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR BROKEN

All goods purchased from KSM are covered by a warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from KSM has developed a fault then please contact us by phone, fax or email before returning goods.

If the goods need to be returned :-

Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil.
Please prodive a returns form which should accompany the goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please be honest when dealing with us, we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a happy customer!
